1. What is Roupa Fashions’ return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please send the item back to our return center at 1795 North Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77449. Items must be authenticated upon arrival, unworn, and free of any marks, odors, or signs of wear. Returns that don’t meet these criteria will be declined.
2. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, lingerie, undergarments, and jewelry are final sale items and cannot be returned, except in the case of damage upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
3. How do I report a damaged item?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at info@roupastore.com or call (281) 961-0112. Include a photo of the damage and your order details, and our team will assist you with the next steps.
4. How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return is received and inspected, processing takes 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
5. Who covers the cost of return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a return label at no additional cost.
